School Day Timings

Gates open at 8.40am, for registration at 8.55am.

The children make their way straight into their classroom where they are greeted by their class teacher and will complete the morning activity. Registration closes at 9:00am.

Lessons begin promptly and it is important that lessons are not disrupted by late arrivals as children who are late miss important introductions to lessons.

All children have a 15-minute morning playtime. Our children also have an afternoon playtime of 15 minutes.

At the end of the school day, parents collect their children from the external doors of their child’s classroom.

The school day ends at 3.25pm for children in EYFS, Y1 and Y2, and at 3.30pm for children in KS2. 

The length of the school week is at least 32.5 hours for every child.
