Applications for a reception school place and transferring from infant to junior school (year 3) for September 2026 open on Monday 3 November 2025.

Children who are 5 years old between 1 September 2026 and 31 August 2027 or who are transferring from an infant school (year 2) to junior school (year 3) in September 2026, and require a school place for September 2026, can now apply until the national closing date of Thursday 15 January 2026.

Parents/carers will then be able to view the outcome of their application on National Offer Day (16th April 2026).

For those parents who do not apply online, and do not provide an email address, your outcome will be posted 2nd class on 16th April 2026 .
