Community Litter Pick
Staff, pupils, parents and volunteers turned out in force to help clean up streets and green spaces around the local area, working together to make a visible difference to our surroundings. Armed with gloves, bags and plenty of enthusiasm, the group collected an impressive amount of litter.
School staff were particularly amazed by the number of people who gave up their time to support the initiative, highlighting the strong sense of community spirit in Bingham. The children threw themselves into the task with energy and pride, learning first-hand about the importance of caring for the environment and taking responsibility for their local area.
So successful was the event that many pupils have already asked when the next litter pick will be taking place, keen to repeat the experience and continue making a positive impact.
The school would like to thank everyone who took part for their time, effort and enthusiasm, helping to make St George’s Day both meaningful and memorable.
